The Career Opportunity and Compensation

SYNCIS offers a career opportunity to Associates that involves the sale of life insurance and other financial services products. Associates are independent contractors, not employees, and must pay for their own business expenses.

Associate earnings are based on the sale of products offered through one of several life insurance companies or financial product providers. Associates must obtain state insurance license(s) and errors & omissions insurance and be appointed to represent an insurance company or financial product provider before they are eligible to sell financial products or receive any income.

Some Associates may receive achievements or recognition of certain milestones based on meeting various criteria over specific time frames. Please note that these achievements, milestones, or level of success are not typical.

From January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023, the average earnings of all active and licensed Associates was $22,498. This average excludes any “one-time” bonuses or payments from third parties.

New representatives must complete an Associate application and pay a one-time enrollment fee of $125, which enables access to business management tools on our intranet website. The cost for insurance pre-license training varies by provider and state, but is generally about $40. The fees for a state insurance license varies by state and is generally between $80 and $200. The annual cost to maintain errors & omissions insurance is approximately $450 to $550.
